He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Boswell; his children, Amanda Boleky (Kevin) and Michael Cairns (Ashlie); his grandchildren, Cullen, Kenton Boleky and Haylie Smith; his siblings, Linda Archuleta (Sal) and Steve Wilcox (Dina); his niece Rheanna Shahan; and his sisters-in-law, Leona Dickson (Larry), Beckie Boswell and Linda Wilcox. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
