He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Cummins; his children, Jeffrey Cummins, Kelley Crowe (Michael) and Chris Connell (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Lauren, Thomas Cummins, Isabel, Olivia Crowe, Ellie and Madison Connell; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Kathy Clem; and his father Tom.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Emerald Coast Hospice.
