It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Wayne Searcy (Monticello, Florida), born in Tallahassee, Florida, who passed away on July 9, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry E. Searcy, Jr. and Louise Mays Searcy. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl C. Searcy; his brothers, Buddy Searcy (Patty) and Dan Searcy; his children, Brian (Katie) and Amy; his stepsons, Stoney Thompson (Lisa) and Jason Thompson (Missie); and his grandchildren, Colby Kinsey, Brittany Kinsey, Carter Skipper Searcy, Henry Searcy, Harrison Searcy, Reanna Thompson, Gracie Thompson, Logan Thompson and Hannah Thompson.
