He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Lewis and Essie Lewis; and his grandson Cory Thomas Sweat. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his brother Mike Lewis (Jeanice); his children, Tricia Lacy (Chip) and Scott Lewis (Mary Edna); his grandchildren, Candice Sweat, Chad Sweat, Jack Pitts (Lyndsey), Jennifer Pitts, Hannah Mediate (Liam) and Hayley Lewis; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Logan Pitts and Graham Mediate; and his nieces, Michelle Cameron and Jennifer Otts.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Elizabeth Cemetery N. Salt.
