She was predeceased by : her parents, George Core Snelgrove and Mary Elizabeth Snelgrove; her brother William "Bill" Snelgrove; and her nephews, Dustin Simmons and Jake Snelgrove.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Rosenshein (Jeremy) of Blountstown and Carl Bradley (Angie) of Chipley; her siblings, Paul Snelgrove (Gail) of Marianna and Mendy Simmons of Monticello; her nephew Jesse Snelgrove (Kristina) of Marianna; her great-nephews, Waylon and Jacob Snelgrove; and her great-niece Holly Snelgrove of Marianna.

In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests donations be made to Big Bend Hospice in honor of Miriam.
