He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorothy B. Douglas and Frank S. Douglas. He is survived by : his wife Pamela "Pam" Starling; his daughters, Heather Charisse Douglas-Shoup of Tallahassee, FL and Molly Marie Williams of Monticello, FL; his sons-in-law, Aaron E. Shoup and Christopher D. Williams; his grandchildren, Haley, Christian, Connor and Kyle; his sister Charalyn J. Blagg (Ronnie); and his aunt Shirley Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends.
