It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Richardson (Morriston, Florida), born in Punta Gorda, Florida, who passed away on February 28, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Richardson (Gene); her siblings, Betty Jo Friday and Harry Guthrie; her children, Thomas Eugene and Vivian Elizabeth; and her grandson William Kelly Richardson.

She is survived by : her children, Judith Burr (Charles) of Palm Bay, FL, Marina Blystone (Bob) of Murphy, NC, Kelly Austin of Ruskin, FL and William Richardson of Morriston, FL; and her siblings, Mary Kathryn "Kay" Cooper of Tampa, FL and William Guthrie of Vienna, VA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Florida United Methodist Children's Home 1100 North Ferncreek Avenue Orlando, Florida 32803.
