She is survived by: her parents, AnDrew Toole and Frances Toole; her grandparents, Linda Kay Freeman and John Alfred Toole; her sister Andrea (Ronnie Smith); her sibling's children, Hope Lekay and Elijah Robert Smith; and her significant other Antonio Summerall (Tony).
