It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anthony J. Creane of Naples, Florida, who passed away at the age of 95, on July 22, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Anthony departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Anthony leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Creane and Patrick Creane of County Mayo; his brothers, Jack (Dolores) and Steve (Katie); and his friend Clem.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Katie Creane. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and great-grandnieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Marys Church. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the St. Marys Cemetery (203 Southampton Rd, Westfield, MA 01085).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Mary's Parish and Holy Cross College in Father Tony's memory.
