He is survived by: his spouse Connie S. Forsythe (Holdman); his son Roger W. Forsythe of Naples; and his siblings, Jim Forsythe (Arlene) of Ozark, Missouri, Ada L. Pyatt of Richmond and Doris J. Roth (Bob) of Potosi, Missouri.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
