He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Gleixner (Shoey) and Frances Meyer Gleixner (Pat); his wife Alicia Reuscher; his son Aaron; his grandchildren, Victoria, Emily, Sarah, Amelia, Ben, Jonathan, Isabel and Lucille; and his great grandchild Eloise.

He was president of the St. Marys Catholic Foundation and served on the various school boards.
