He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Tomkins and Irene B. Tomkins. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean; his children, Alan (Vicky), Janice, Patrick (Michelle) and Lisa (Charley); his grandchildren, Courtney (Jamie), Ashley, Stefanie (John), Monica (Drew), Michael (Ashley), Catherine (Kfir), Sean, Jack and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Avery, August, Aspen and Anna Beth.

A memorial service will be considered after the Covid-19 pandemic is over.
