He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Winifred "Winkie"; his children, John, Stephanie Raleigh, Sarah, Dave Mooney, Timothy, Kristina Raleigh and Kerin Raleigh; his sister Katherine Raleigh DiFrancesca; his parents, John J. Raleigh and Hazel Raleigh; his brother-in-law Sal DiFrancesca; and his grandchildren, Daryn, Maia, Jackson and Jameson.

A celebration of life is planned for when COVID restrictions are lifted.
