She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Garrett and Mamie Shirey (McLaughlin); her husband James Calvin McCombs; her sons, Donald James McCombs and Jeffrey Scott McCombs; her grandson Jim; and her brother Donald Keith Shirey.
She is survived by: her children, Jenny Sue Ortolani (McCombs) of Milan, OH, John Thomas McCombs and James Garrett McCombs; her grandsons, Michael, Anthony, Kristofer, Layne, Thomas and Bryan (Mallory); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Cohen, Finnegan and David Shirey.
