He is survived by: his sons, Jay (Judy) and Jon (Cristy); his sister Eloise Rogers of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Erik, Stephen, Kyrsten, Jayson, Sheila, Shannon, Jane, Katherine, Robert and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Elle, Everly and Otto.
