It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Carter-Rattigan of Naples, Florida, born in Maysville, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lee Rattigan; her former husband Coy Carter; her parents, Pearl Huffman and Ancel Huffman; her stepchildren, Ken Riggs (Susan), Craig Carter (Debra), Michelle, Matthew Eisenhardt, Kristin, William Levay, Sara and Stephen Rattigan; and her sister Linda Morphew (late Mickey).
