He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sheibley and Helen Sheibley (Noll); his brother C. David Sheibley; his daughter Sue Ellen Adams; his sister Kay E. Succa; and his brother-in-law Allen Shriver.
He is survived by: his wife Edith "Edie" Harris Sheibley; his children, Jo Ann Mentzer (Phil), Don Sheibley (Ginger) and Lori Clelan (Scott); his son-in-law Everett "Ted" Adams; his sister Virginia "Ginny" Shriver; his brother-in-law John E. Succa; his grandchildren, Julia Mentzer-Yarlett (Dennis), Heather Mentzer, Lydia Clelan, Ian Clelan (Sadie) and Max Clelan; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Yarlett of Mechanicsburg, Kenzie Yarlett of Mechanicsburg and Griffin Clelan of Mechanicsburg.
