He is survived by: his wife Sally Jo Butters; his children, Bo Butters (Cyndi) of Belleville, IL, Jonathan Butters (Jennifer Goldman) of Kansas City, MO and Betsy Bellerive (Seph) of Spring Hill, KS.; his grandchildren, Olivia, Eli Butters, Sydney, Stella Butters, Emily Jo and Audrey Bellerive; and his brothers, Jim Butters (Brenda) and John Butters (Debra) of Winfield, KS..
