She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph and Stella; her siblings, James Soberri of Ottawa, IL and Julie Yocum of Chillicothe, IL; and her son Brian B. Campbell of Vero Beach, FL.

Working tirelessly, Ginger often got sick because of her pre-existing medical conditions; in late June of 2020, she contracted COVID-19, most likely as a result of working in the hospital setting.

Donations and flowers may be sent in memory of Virginia to St. John of the Cross Catholic Church.
