She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Smith, Sr.; her parents, Lester Peckumn and Gudrun Peckumn (Sorensen); and her daughter Linda Nadybal. She is survived by: her children, Donald Smith, Jr. (Eve), Dr. David Smith (Revonna) and Kristi Humberger (Richard); her son-in-law John Nadybal; and her grandchildren, Sam Smith, Aubrey, Auriel Smith, Caitlin and Matthew Humberger. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any charity of donor's choice.
