He is survived by : his wife Janice (Gacek); his daughters, Jennifer Moore (Corey) of Wilmington, NC and Carrie Davis (Mark) of Fort Worth, TX.; his grandchildren, Brett (Moore) of Wilmington, NC, Connor (Burns) of Wilmington, NC, Caitlin (Davis) of Wichita, KS. and Laura (Davis) of Wichita, KS.; his sisters, Julie Mentzer (Ron) and Peggy Parks (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, William Gacek (Jean) and Rita Gacek. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
