He is survived by: his wife Halina; his children, Joy Davis (J. R.), Thomas Salzmann (Tomi), Barrett Salzmann (Kate) and Charles E Salzmann, III (Audrey); his siblings, Alma Lang and Bob Salzmann; and his stepchildren, Robert Bentkowski (Janet) and Barbara Bentkowski (Ralph). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (8320 Old County Rd 54, New Port Richey, FL 34653). The inurnment will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Disabled American Veterans.
