She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Karagozian; and her parents, Beryl Schmitz and Paul Schmitz Sr.. She is survived by: her son Michael (Kendra); her grandchildren, Emily, Reid and Bryce Karagozian; Paul Schmitz (Joanne), Tracy, Matt, Jeff and Randy.

Kathy and her family kindly requests that any memorial donations be made to St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church or the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
