He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Mark Ramsey and Michelle Ramsey; his grandchildren, Zerek Pikney, Olivia Ramsey and Conner Ramsey; and his siblings, Jacqueline Ramsey-Smith, Sandy Ramsey-Dryman and Ulysses Grant Ramsey III (John Michael Ramsey).
