It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Billie Wyckoff (New Port Richey, Florida), who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Wagner and Florence Wagner; her brothers, Chester and Blair Wagner; her husband John Wyckoff; and her son John Wyckoff.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Kevin Melervey; her children, Gayle, Kevin Melervey, Cathy and Timothy Eland; her grandchildren, Tara, Dana, Kristen and Wayne; and her great grandchildren, Angela, Owen, Nolan, Benjamin, Russell and Abigail. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
