He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Mae and Robert O Johnson Sr.; and his sons, Robert, David and Steven.

He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his grandchildren, Christopher, Bradley, Kaylen, Ryan, Tyler, Kyle, William, Lauren, Brooke, Chloe and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Gianna, Ryan, Marley, Everly and Rylee. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
