He is survived by: his wife Ann Mulligan of Tarpon Springs, FL; his mother Elaine Mulligan of Ocala, FL; his children, Michael Magness (Barbara) of Spring Hill, FL, Emily Byrne-Mulligan of Dublin Ireland and Kelly Mahoney (Jeff) of New River, AZ; his daughter-in-law Adrienne Romeo of Tarpon Springs, FL; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Isabella Magness, Freda Byrne-Mulligan, Brielle Mulligan, Connor West (Ty), Serena West, Casey West and Kristin West.
