He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Roney and Maybelle Roney (Davies). He is survived by: his brothers, Larry and Jim; his sister-in-law Marsha of San Antonio, Texas.; his stepchildren, Laura Cody, Susan Davidson (Douglas) and David Skidmore (Malu); and also Janice of Clinton. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, you may make donations in William's memory to St. Stephens Episcopal Church.
