In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Willie had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Willie may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his children, Althea Cleveland, Shirley Cleveland, Lucinda Martin and Debra Cleveland; and his siblings, William Cleveland and Harriett Boyd. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; as well as two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas B Dobies Funeral Home - Congress St. Chapel (6616 Congress St, New Port Richey, FL 34653). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
