He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Hasty and Annie Hasty (Brennen); his brother James; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Hasty and Raymond Comeau.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Newell); his children, Alan (Dorci Hasty) and Carolann Hasty; his sister-in-law Betty Comeau; his grandsons, Andrew (Isabelle Hasty), Shaun (Shelby Hasty), Joshua (Amber Hasty) and Jonathan (Carrie Hasty); and his great grandchildren, Rosie, Simon Hasty, Scarlett, Walker Hasty, Edward Maddux Hasty, Lilliebelle Hasty, Annabelle, Amelia and James Hasty.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodside Cemetery.
