We bid farewell to Fred E. West Jr. (New Smyrna Beach, Florida), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 14, 2025 at the age of 91. Fred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Fred shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Fred farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Grayson West; his son Mark West; and his parents, Fred Sr. West and Ruth West. He is survived by: his son Timothy West (Patty); his grandchildren, Nicholas West (Mimi), Sharita Goosie and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Allison Murphy and Audrey Defenderfer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church (7225 Old Clinton Pike, Knoxville, TN 37921). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home & Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
