Wise (Denise) and Cathy Wise of North Ft; his siblings, Ronald Wise of New Albany and Phyllis Thompson of Louisville, KY.; and his grandchildren, Mark Wise (Shannon), Joe Wise of Naples Florida, Jennifer Wallen (Chris) of Cape Coral, FL, Michelle Wise of Alexandria, AL, Shane Wise (Jackie) of Wilmington, NC and Chaz Surber of Louisville, KY..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman's Funeral Home (7336 Southside Dr, Louisville, KY 40214). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the S. S. Simon & Jude Church (4335 Hazelwood Ave, Louisville, KY 40215).

Interrment will follow the mass at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, KY.In lieu of flowers, contributions to the St Jude Research Hospital can be made.
