Devlin; her husband William "Bill" Downey; her siblings, Mary Greene, James Devlin and Dorothy McBride (Charles); her children, Colleen Kuppinen (Thomas) of Raleigh, NC and William Downey, Jr. (Amy) of Allentown, PA; and her grandchildren, Thomas, Lauren, Matthew, Mark Kuppinen, Natalie, Katherine and Nolan Downey.
