He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Russell and Annalee Russell (Bruner); and his wife Alice Katherine Russell. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Wilkerson (Dave); his stepson Todd Seibert (Tracey); his grandchildren, Jeff Wilkerson, Scott Wilkerson, Michael Seibert and Katherine Seibert; his sisters, Paula Wolf and Patricia Assaley (Lewis); and his siblings' children, Rob Rookstool, Andrew Assaley (Sarah) and Anna Assaley.

Memorial contributions in Tom's name may be made to Hospice of Dayton, the American Cancer Society, or the Red Cross.
