She was predeceased by : her husbands, Murray Simon and Jerome Polin; her parents, Max Forman and Sarah Forman; and her siblings, Sidney, Dorothy Brisk, Blanche Cloder, Lester, Martin, Wallace and Ruth Krieger.
She is survived by : her son Paul Simon (Patricia); her grandchildren, Shannon Simon-Gorodenski (Nicholas), Jeffrey Simon (Sabrina) and Erin Jonas (Matthew); and her sister Edith Gartenhaus.
