She was predeceased by: her father David Maynard. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Rollins; her sister Debra Shiveley (Doug); and her children, Melanie Gammon (David), Miranda Maynard (Charles) and Matthew Maynard. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two nephews and many cousins.
