He is survived by: his wife Bar-Jean Lively; his children, Laura Stone, Alcinda Lively, Dianne Gore (Steve) and David Lively; his grandchildren, Amanda Michie, Kanda Carr, Christopher Stone, Marc Van Hoose, Dana Gore, Carissa Gore, Reba Gore, Crystal Jones, Stephanie Lively and Sherry Fielding; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Luke, Jonathon, Vincent, Alana, Anthony, Veronica, Zoe, Shayna, Steven, Sydney, Jayden, Bryceton, Jasper, Katelyn, Dominic, Aaliah, Eli, Davie and Brianna; his sister Patricia Nelson (Thomas); his sibling's children, Carol Baskins (Howard) and Chuck Stairs (Trundy); and his grandchildren, Jaime, Katie, Emily and Brielle. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
