He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Percy Fussell Sr. and Ellie Fussell (Pigg); his wife Dorothy Fussell; his brother Lewis P. Fussell Jr.; and his niece Cynthia Ann Fussell Sienuta.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla Smith (Robert); his grandchildren, Kyle Smith (Andrea) and Knicholas Smith (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Summer Sweeney, Clint Smith and Nova Smith; and his nephew Steve Fussell (Joni).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Et First Baptist Church (27714 County Rd 33, Leesburg, FL 34762). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Et Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (1901 County Rd 25A, Leesburg, FL 34748).
