He is survived by : his wife Sheila Jo Murray of Okeechobee, FL; his daughters, Charlotte Mayfield of Portland, OR and Beth Marcum (Larry Mayborg) of Trenton, OH; his sisters, Donna Westrich of Bright, IN and Neda Fields (James) of Bright, IN; and his grandchildren, Henry Mayfield, Finn "Evie" Mayfield, Riley Marcum and Grant Mayborg.
