He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank James and Gertrude Padgett (Hazellief); his former wife Deborah Dunn Padgett; and his grandson James Dennis Earl Padgett. He is survived by: his daughter Jeannie Ann Padgett; his son-in-law Kenny Sprigel; his grandchildren, Timothy and Madison Padgett; his brother James Padgett; his sister-in-law Elaine Padgett; and his sibling's children, Vicky and James.
