He is survived by : his wife Gerri Pennington of Okeechobee; his sons, Jason Pennington (Sandy) of Lake City, Matt Pennington of San Francisco, Jeremy Pennington (Andrea) of Pennsylvania, John Tarrt (Karen) of Wilmington, N. C., Robert Tarrt (Cindy) of Laurel Hill, N. C. and Mark Tarrt (Joan) of Springfield; and his siblings, Albert Pennington (Edna) of Forest Park, Bill Pennington (Connie) of Okeechobee and Ginger Peterson (Carl) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
