He is survived by: his mother Mary L. Toney Toney,; his wife Stephanie Diggs Lee-Toney; his children, Melvin Lee, Jr. (Tiffany) and Ashley N. Lee; his grandchildren, Melvin Lee, III, Londynn-Ivy Sincere Lee and Aries True Lee; his brother Jimmy L. Toney; and his godson Alex Dixon. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home and Cremation Services (529 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073).
