It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Loper of Orange Park, Florida, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Clements and Lilly Clements (Storteig); her husband William "Bill" Loper; her children, Craig Loper and Peggy Lesch; her grandson Paul Staubs; and her siblings, Bob Clements, David Clements and Barbara Waters (Julie Mayhew).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Lamb and Mary Forehand; and her siblings, Nancy Marshall, Susan Wineke, Thomas Clements and Michael Clements. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren with a host of extended family and friends.
