She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Calvin Sr. and Hattie Mae Varnes (Wasson); her husband Lawerence Antonio Catanese Sr.; and her siblings, Frederick C. Varnes, Henry C. Varnes Jr., Martha Florrie Varnes and Gladys Opal Varnes.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence A. Catanese Jr., Randal L. Catanese and Crystal Catanese Agnew; her son-in-law Brandon Agnew; her grandchildren, Abbie, Shelby and Paige; her grandson-in-law Tayler Dillon; and her siblings, Candy Varnes (McCall), Pauline Rosena Varnes and Thomas C. Varnes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jacksonville Memory Gardens (111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cornerstone Baptist Church (20 Cinnamon St, Middleburg, FL 32068).
