He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca Agoncillo Tolentino (Agoncillo); his children, Lyle Russell Tolentino and Lea Tolentino Scott (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jonathon Anderson (Justine), Hayden Anderson, Thadeus Scott and Tristan Scott; and his siblings, Sylvino Tolentino, Zenaida Pruna, Linda Andres, Nanette Tolentino and Corazon Tolentino.
