He is survived by: his parents, Jim Shaw and LeAnn Shaw; his siblings, Tyler and Ryleigh; his grandparents, Neal, Karen Johnston, Joyce and Allen Pawlowski; his uncle O'Neal Johnston (Jeremy); and his cousins, Jennifer Sherman and Morgan Shaw. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Stewart Marchman or National Alliance.
