He is survived by: his wife Linda Rae Boutilier; his children, Jamie, Andrew, Matthew, Raeann and Casey; his grandchildren, Shyla, Michael, Matthew, Drew, Lexis, Jasmyn, Anthony, David and Olivia; and his sisters, Denise Perri and Stephanie Letendre. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (600 S Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174). The inurnment will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at the Volusia Memorial Funeral Park (548 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers.
