He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy; his brothers, Rev. Jack Crandall and Jim Crandall; and his son-in-law Mick Masters. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Masters of DeBary, Cynthia Greene (Richard) of Raleigh, N. C., Steve Crandall (Tammy) of Salisbury, N. C., Douglas Crandall (Susan) of Ormond Beach, Robert Crandall, III of Staley, N. C. and Clayton Crandall of Cary, N. C.; his grandchildren, Amy Jefts (Scott), James Masters (Jill), Kelly Torres (Danny), Steven Crandall (Lauren), Katie Crandall, Chad Crandall, Caitlyn Greene, Kristin Greene and Ethan Crandall; and his great grandchildren, Mikayla, Rylie, Ruby, Sara, Hudson, Mkenzi, Ashton, Everly and Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to First United Methodist Church of Ormond Beach.
