It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Williams of Palatka, Florida, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Robert F. "Bob" Williams of Palatka; her sons, David Darby, Jeff Williams (Ruth) and Greg Williams (Lori); her stepdaughter Sally Walker; her brothers, Tommy Harper, Leonard Harper and Mike Harper; and her grandchildren, Josh Williams (Lois), Justin Williams (Scarlett), Mandi Moore (Dalton), Kassie Eleweanya (Nathan), Megan Williams and Zachariah Darby. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
