He was predeceased by : his parents, Lenis J. Hebert, Sr. and Lonie Moody Hebert; his sisters, Juanita Brisbin and Loretta Anders; his son John; his grandson Shelby Hebert; and his great grandchild Kadence Branam.

He is survived by : his wife Alice F. Hebert; his children, Sandy Spofford (Ray), Kenny Hebert (Barbara) and Jay Hebert (Terri); and his grandchildren, Chuck Lashinsky, Jenni Smith, Samantha Mitchell, Wesley Hebert, Katie Vieira, Lee Hebert, Foy Bell and Shawn Hebert.
